I was behavior interventionist for 10 years prior to my career in counseling, specializing in working with children and adolescents with disabilities, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder. I especially enjoy the younger population and counseling. It has always been my life-long dream to help those small voices verbalize their needs. I utilizes my love of play and art in my sessions to create an empowering environment for the children she works with. 
When not working and in an effort to practice self-care, I enjoy walking my dog and engaging my creative side through painting, writing poetry, and other art mediums.
