Hi There!

Hello! Before completing my Master of Social Work at Boise State, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in English at Rutgers University and then got my Master of Fine Arts in Poetry at Boise State. As a therapist at Children’s Home Society, I love working with individuals and families on their journeys toward emotional well-being and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a client-centered perspective. I believe everyone has the innate capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to provide support for exploration and self-discovery.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), as well as play and art therapy techniques, tailoring my approach to best meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Together we will work collaboratively to identify goals, develop coping strategies, and foster a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

When not working, I enjoy walking, hiking, going to the gym, playing co-ed volleyball, and spending time with family, friends, and my three cats: Fenris, Magpie, and Raven.
