Hi There

I am currently finishing my Master's in Counseling and Art Therapy from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I earned my bachelor's degree in 2020 at the University of Utah, where I majored in Human Development and Studio Fine Arts. These two fields of study allowed me to explore the profound connections between human development and artistic expression, paving the way for my career in Art Therapy and Counseling.

My professional path has been influenced by various experiences, including working with children, teaching yoga, and leading art classes. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the profound impact that creativity and self-expression can have on individuals' emotional well-being. I've developed a person-centered, strength-based approach to my work with clients. I deeply believe that the most vital aspect of therapy is holding a safe and open environment where clients can explore their inner selves, fostering self-discovery and growth.

Outside of my work at CHS, you will find me spending time with my dogs, whitewater rafting, skiing, exploring outdoor spaces, practicing yoga, baking, and making art.
