Children's Home Society of Idaho

SOFT OPENING!

Admin and Front Offices OPEN MONDAY – May 4th

Clinician Offices OPEN FRIDAY – May 15th

What does this mean?

Monday – May 4th: The front desk will be open, so you will be able to speak to someone instead of leaving a message.

Our administration offices will be open.

Friday – May 15th:  Starting May 15th clients can still be seen via Telehealth or can come to the center for their session. However, this will be determined on a case-by-case base and on the comfort levels of both client and clinician.

To keep everyone safe, if it is determined that the client will come into the center for their session, we are keeping our lobby closed at this time. With this, we ask that the parent or guardian wait in their car during the clients’ session. When you arrive at our parking lot, please call the front desk at: 208-343-7797.

Other safety measures will take or will be taking place with face-to-face sessions. Restrictions to comply with social distancing, personal protection and safety for clinicians and their clients will apply.

If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to make an appointment, please call: 208-343-7797.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding!

MUST WATCH
DHW’s Behavioral Health Administrator Ross Edmunds answers questions about mental health and COVID-19. Very informative and important to watch.

Telehealth is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring,  and remote admissions.
